You can listen first thing in the morning, over lunch in the afternoon, or in the evening before bed.

Speaking of skipping ahead, if you purchase any merch related to this show via The F.L.Y. Store, you’ll receive the following week’s episodes early.
Example: At launch when episodes 1 & 2 go LIVE, insiders will receive episodes 3 & 4. When 3 & 4 go LIVE, insiders will receive episodes 5 & 6, and on & on until the finale.
