June was suchhhh a vibe! I released two new books–Pretty Cruel Love & My Totally Unfair Deal, finalized the first podcast from Whimstery—Sincerely (Or, So I Thought) Yours—anddd did a lot of gardening with Baby G.
In a way, I feel this month was a HUGE shift in my life as I really feel like myself again. <3
Now, picture-wise, as I was scrolling through my album, I didn’t take as many as I thought, but the best ones + captions are below!
F.L.Y. + Hoping the month of July will be even more awesome!

Baby G picked some early peppers and mini cherry tomatoes to kickstart the month. Her favorite thing to do when the sun goes down is to “go pick veggies,” so I think it’s safe to say she loves gardening with her mommy. (Mister G. is a fan too, but he foolishly ate a fresh serrano pepper without asking about its heat level and well…he won’t ever do that again. 🙂 )

Granny G. always takes a peek at the cedar boxes where we keep Baby G’s ultimate favorite: Strawberries.
OMG I found this Starbucks wire rack on Facebook Marketplace and it’s perfect for keeping my hostas shaded (for now), and I reallyyyy need to add some sugar water to the purple hummingbird feeder. It’s been hanging empty for weeks. O_o
But hey! The near-dead hibiscus I found in the woods is healthy and it bloomed this past week, so there’s something I’m doing right. 🙂

We nabbed a beautiful flower bouquet from our market’s overstock sale and Baby G was as stunned as I was at how gorgeous it was.
At the end of the month, I treated myself to a full day of gardening + a cupcake to celebrate all the completed projects. (Not pictured: My Totally Unfair Deal, but I celebrated its release, too 🙂 )
Until the July recap!
F.L.Y.
Whit
